We have just completed a project for “The Studio” in Yorkshire.

This project involved the installation of a polymer modified screed to provide a level surface which forms the main studio, approximately 130m2.

The final finish is a 3mm High Gloss, Epoxy, Self-Smoothing Screed which will provide a perfect solution for the main photographic studio.

The client says: “The finish is perfect for my work and will compliment the whole studio”.

The system can be tailored to incorporate anti-slip, antistatic, coloured flakes, logos, plus many more features.

Major Factory Refurbishment

We have recently completed over 4000m2 of industrial resin flooring at a Worldwide Marine Manufacturing Unit.

The client required a system that was easy to clean, anti-slip and provide a safe working environment. The system included white lining and demarcation. The project was carried out during normal working hours and with no disruption to production.

After the project was completed, we carried out a full cleaning and maintenance schedule for our customer, to ensure the system provides many years of service for him.

Hertz Rent A Car use ACC

Providing Anti-slip solutions for customers is just one of the systems we install.

Hertz had been painting their floors for many years without success.

We were called in and completed the project over a weekend.

The floor now has a full anti-slip dressing encapsulated in a High Build, Coloured, Epoxy Coating.

ACC level the South

Another project completed in the South of England by our contracts team, the project involved the preparation and installation of a 4mm epoxy resin self-smoother.

The system is ideal for dry areas, however the addition of an aggregate can assist with anti-slip in wet areas. The system is classed as type 5 by FERFA.

ACC back from walkabout

We have just completed another resin floor for the Australian Theme Bar, "Walkabout". The system was a self-smoothing epoxy and was applied in different colours to the clients specification.

The material is manufactured under ISO 9001 by Altro Resins. The finished floor is treated with coloured flake and sealed with a matt seal. This system is just one of the many decorative systems that we install, a full range is available to suit all budgets.

Polyurethane resin flooring at Roberts

ACC are pleased to announce that we have recently won an award from Altro. The award was for the best polyurethane installation. ACC were chosen from many other nominations. The picture shows our MD Mr John Rhodes with a representative from the client, Roberts Food Group

Coating at Carcraft

ACC were recently involved with the total refurbishment programme of the Head Office of Carcraft. Carcraft are one of the leading car supermarkets.

We carried out all the work out of hours to minimise disruption. The floor was treated with a coloured epoxy coating incorporating coloured walkways.

The customer is very satisfied with the works and says, "it has provided an easy to clean solution which has performed excellently"

Pebblequartz in 1877

We are pleased to announce the project at SPA 1877 in Sheffield is now completed and open for business. We completed over 400 sq m of the Epoxy Pebble system, this included staircases, treatment rooms,receptions and the hair salon in HAIR 1877

The existing building dates back to 1877 and was originally a Turkish Baths

Decorative Screed

We have recently completed a major floor re-furbishment for Reckitt Benckiser. The work involved the installation of a decorative screed manufactured by Altro Resins.
